Ron received a degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 19S5 and joined GE's Advertising and Public Relations Program. In 1958 he transferred to the Marketing Training Program and upon completion joined Silicone Products Department in 1959. At Silicones his assignments included: Sales Representative, Market Development Specialist, District Sales Manager-Eastern District, Manager-Polyurethane Foam Additives and Manager-Fluids Development. Lou received Ms Bachelor of Science Degree In metallurgical engineering from the University of Missouri at RoJIa in 1950. He held a variety of engineering and manufacturing positions from f9S1 to 1956, wtien he joined the Metallurgical Products Department as a Sales Representative. He became an Application Engineer in the then Diamond Business Section of MPD in 1959 and was appointed Manager-Application Engineering in 1961. He came to his present position in April 1972 from Insulating Materials Product Department where he was Manager-Paint Operations. Prior to working for IMPD, he was Marketing Manager and Project Leader lor the GEMON Pofyimide Operation In the ChwnicBl Development Operation.
